Compensation: $93–$115/hour ($190K–$240K annually), negotiable based on experience Incentives: Up to 100% loan forgiveness + signing bonus up to $25,000

Clinical Environment & Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive general dentistry (diagnostic, preventive, and restorative services) to a diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult patients

· Deliver high-quality clinical care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning

· Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, team-based care model to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

· Manage a range of cases from routine to complex within a supportive clinical setting

Qualifications:

· DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

· Minnesota dental license (or ability to obtain)

· Pediatric and/or public health experience, bilingual skills a plus
