What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Network Director of Project Management to join our team! The Network Director of Project Management is responsible for supporting project development, implementing project management practices, developing tools and resources, and building internal capabilities within Network Management teams. The Network Director of Project Management will provide comprehensive project oversight from initiation through completion, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
On a typical day, you might:
- Collaborate with business partners to assess efficiencies and effectiveness of enterprise responsibilities to ensure business requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Create complex reports, write papers, and complete cost benefit analyses including detailed analysis of existing processes/systems and detailed analysis of replacement processes/systems.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis to produce complex documents that clearly define quality assurance, testing criteria, prototypes, and mock-ups.
- Manage, monitor, and measure results in sufficient detail to support outcome evaluations, resource performance, and investment ROI.
- Identify and recommend information, technology, or process solutions which have enterprise-wide applications and provide feedback from business partners on how to improve IT services and operations.
- Define the project charter, integrated project plan, scope plan, resource plan, contingency plan, communications plan, and related project management artifacts including schedule and timeline and interfaces to execute on responsibilities.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of three (3) years of project management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within United States.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree.
- Project Management experience in healthcare or managed care environment.
- Two (2) or more years of experience with provider network operations or healthcare contracting or managed care.
- Supervision of two (2) or more employees.
