Responsibilities:
- Manage the timely and accurate processing of information while serving as a liaison between departments and external clients.
- Support new customer activations by coordinating timelines, training, and communication.
- Coach clients on file formatting, submission procedures, and reporting standards.
- Process and analyze large data sets to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Assist clients with account access issues, file errors, and general onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within Salesforce ServiceCloud.
- Communicate updates, progress, and issues effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in department meetings, trainings, and cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with the Audit Resource Center and other internal teams on escalations or process improvements.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
- Adapt to evolving processes and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Some college required; bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Law coursework highly desired).
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in customer service, account management, or client support.
- Experience in the higher education or student loan industry is preferred.
- Background working with data management or reviewing and analyzing large data volumes.
- Exposure to Salesforce ServiceCloud or other CRM platforms.
- Experience working in a law firm or with compliance/regulatory documents a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply complex compliance and regulatory information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
- Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to change.
- Poised, professional, and dependable in both independent and team environments.
$14-15/hr
